Our target is meeting the high quality and precise manufacturing capabilities with our customers with cost effective solutions. Additional to our own manufacturing capabilty we are using our local market manufacturers as subcontractors.

We are Engineers and we established our company after getting ~18 years experience in several Automotive OEMs and OEM Suppliers. We well know standarts of Automotive OEMs and apply all requirements to our business. We manage our business with these know how.

We are producing and exporting CNC Machined Parts (and Sheet Metal Parts). All surface treatment and Painting types can be applied. Beyond CNC Machined parts we are Technical Cleanliness Expert, we can supply Clean parts according to ISO16232 and VDA19

M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering

Tunca Started his school life in 1985, he completed Fatih Science High School in 1997 and started Mechanical Engineering at Celal Bayar University. After graduating from Mechanical Engineering he decided to get Master education from Celal Bayar University - Design&Manufacturing Department (M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering) and Dokuz Eylül University Operations Management Programme (MBA) simultaneusly. He graduated from M.Sc. and MBA programmes simultaneously at 2004.

Carreer

Tunca started his Professional life in 2005 at BMC (Brtisih Motor Coorparation) as Light & Heavy Commercial Vehicle Body Method Engineer; After working 3 years in Body Department he promoted to Defence Industry Department to build Turkey’s first MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle) Vehicle, “BMC Kirpi”. He was responsible from Armored Body, vehicle components, designing vehicle production workshop and operations management. He also held SKD (Semi Knock Down) and CKD (Complete Knock Down) operations of BMC Company.

After completing BMC Kirpi Project he decided to continiue his carreer in Delphi Technologies Multinational Company which produces Common Rail Diesel Systems. Tunca worked at Delphi Technologies more than 6 years with having 3 main responsibilities: in first years of Delphi Carreer he managed Prototype & Low capacity production line which was focused on CNC Machining, CMM measuring, Assembly&Test processes , Washing and Technical Cleanliness Processes. Then he moved to Process Development and investment department (Flow 3-4). He also had an additional "Technical Cleanliness Leader" title during his carreer.

In the begining of 2018 Tunca decided to move his career to Norm Fasteners Company as Engineering Department Manager, which is one of the biggest fasteners company of Europe with suppling fasteners almost every OEM in the World. Tunca focused on new products, cold forming, PPAP processes and Technical Cleanliness in Norm Group. He was also part of a team which Technical Cleanliness processes and laboratuary was established in Norm Group.
